How to Cut off Services
The ability to cut off services is located on the Admin’s Order Dashboard
Clicking the Cut Off Services button will open the Cut Off ordering modal window.
From here, it is possible to cut off alcohol or ordering by service type. You can also choose to cut off all alcohol ordering or all ordering across all service types. Note that this will affect all apps as well.

Cut Off All Alcohol: Every product that is marked as “alcohol” in the individual product will be cut off when this button is selected.

Cut Off All Ordering: this will cut off all ordering to the entire system.
If you are running multiple services within a Tapin2 venue, you can also tag specific locations as General Concession, Premium, Hawkers, or Other to cutoff specific services.

Below are the views of the apps when ordering has been cut off. Note that the Hawker app does not get cut off because they are still able to fulfill orders from their own inventory.

Below are the views of the apps when alcohol has been cut off.
Note that for the Mobile, Kiosk, and Kiosk on Suite apps, this action removes alcohol from the menu completely.

Ignoring Order and Alcohol Cut Off With Order Taker
Since the Order Taker app is not a customer facing app, a venue may choose to ignore cut off services for this app.
To do so, simply enable the option to Ignore Ordering Cutoff for Order Taker. under Application Settings on Tapin2 Admin.
After enabling the option, the Cut Off Alcohol and Cut Off Ordering features will no longer affect the Order Taker app.
Restoring Services After Cut-off
To restore the services after they have been cut off, you will return to the cut-off services button that is located on the Admin’s Order Dashboard.
Clicking the Cut Off Services button will open the Cut Off ordering window.
From here, it is possible to Enable ordering once again by unchecking any box you want to turn ordering or Alcohol back on and saving. Note that this will affect all apps as well.
