Menu scheduling takes the place of the preorder cutoff times previously found on the event details page.
Configuration
Menu scheduling configuration can now be found under Locations & Menus -> Location -> Schedule -> Edit Menu Schedule -> Preorder/Day of Event radio button
Go to Locations & Menus - Location - Schedule
From there you select Preorder App -
Preordering Begins - You select the number of days you wish preordering to start before the event.
Preordering Ends - This number will represent the number of days before the event pre-ordering shuts off and goes to the Day of event menu.
Special Cases: If you have a special event that you need to extend or limit the pre-ordering window to, you can do this by creating a new menu for the event. This menu can have its own scheduling.
For Day of Event ordering
select Day of Event Apps -
Day of Event Begins - You select the time for the day of the event to start.
Day of Event Ends - This number will represent the Time you want day of event ordering to stop.
Event Time - You can select Use Event Time, this will set Day of Event ordering to the times the event is scheduled.
