- Click on the Events Tab on the sidebar to open the Events Module. From here you can create new events and edit or delete existing ones
- Add an Event – Click the “Add an Event” button to create a new event. Events automatically start and end based on the times set. To configure the event, fill in the following fields:
- Event Title
- Start Date & End Date
- Start Time & End Time (Note that times are based on the Time Zone set in the Venue Settings)
- Include in Reports – When unchecked the Reports Module will not function. This is only used for Testing and Demonstration purposes
- Click Save
- Edit & Deleting an Event
- To Edit an Event, click on the edit icon (Black Arrow), edit the event configuration fields and save.
- To Delete an Event, click on the Trash Can (Blue Arrow) icon then OK on the confirmation pop-up window to finalize deletion.
- Add an Event – Click the “Add an Event” button to create a new event. Events automatically start and end based on the times set. To configure the event, fill in the following fields:
- Upload Events – This function allows you to upload several events at once via an excel file.
- Click the Download Template button
- Fill in the Cells with the Events Information and save the excel file
- Drag the excel file to the Drop Files Here to Upload bar. A preview of the first five events will show. Click the Upload File button to confirm the submission of the events
- Download Future Events – Click the Download Future Events button to download an excel file of a list of all upcoming events that have yet to occur. This function allows the ability make edits to future events en masse
