Click the Fulfillment Groups tab to go to the Fulfillment Groups page. Fulfillment Groups are used to route specific products to specific fulfillment devices. This is used when items from a single order need to be sent to different Fulfillment Devices, such as Food items going to one device and Drink items going to another. Products are assigned to a Fulfillment Group and Fulfillment Groups are assigned to Fulfillment Devices which Is how the device knows what items to Print/Display. Products are assigned to Fulfillment Groups in the Products page.
- Adding & Editing Fulfillment Groups
Click the Add a Fulfillment Device button to bring up the Fulfillment Grou configuration screen
Click the Pencil button to view the settings of a Fulfillment Group you want to edit.
FULFILLMENT GROUP SETTINGS
- Title – Name of the Fulfillment Group.
- EXAMPLES: Food, Drinks, Hot Items, Cold Items, Alcohol, etc…
- Description – Optional Description for Fulfillment Group
- Search Fulfillment Groups – The Fulfillment Group Search bar can be used to search for Fulfillment Groups within the venue.
- Delete a Fulfillment Group – Click the Trash Can icon to delete a Fulfillment Group
