Issue:
Venue admins attempt to capture/close out any open Orders or Tabs that have not been fully closed (authorization only, no capture) but they are receiving, "Error! Capture Error. Code 238."
Resolution:
This is an error with FreedomPay suspected to happen when we capture a payment, but it actually fails on the FreedomPay side.
The only current fix is to escalate the issue to Tapin2 support so that we can have our team manually capture the transaction.
