If a Castles device provided by FreedomPay has been identified as defective and needs to be sent in for repair or replacement, the information below must be collected and sent to FreedomPay to begin the RMA process. Tapin2 does not handle the repair and replacement of these devices.
Below is the information they will need to process the RMA on the Castle Device:
- Device serial number
- Replacement device shipping address (including site name, city, state, and zip code)
- Site contact for receiving (Can be employee name, Front Desk, Manager, etc.)
- device error/cause for RMA
- Best email contact for tracking number
- Best email contact for Invoice
After collecting all of this information, please provide all of these details in an email to rma@freedompay.com.
