Mapping Devices to Different Locations

1. Select Operations Settings in the left navigation pane in admin
2. Select Device Mapping from the Operations Settings Section

3. Click the pencil icon on the device you want to change

4. Select the desired location from the location dropdown
5. Click Save

NOTE: If the device(s) is not reflecting the recent changes, then scroll to the bottom of the admin portal and select either “Apply Updates to Terminal” or “Apply Updates to Hawker” (depending on which app you are using) from the navigation pane on the left. The same step can be done when mapping users as well.

Mapping Users to Different Locations 

Note: Steps 1-6 apply to Hawker and Terminal; Steps 7-9 apply to Hawker only 

1. Select Operations Settings in the left navigation pane in admin
2. Select Users from the Operations Settings Section

3. Click the pencil icon on the user you want to change

4. Select Edit on the location bar under the desired user
5. Select the desired location from the location dropdown
6. Click Save

*If you are using the Terminal app then the process is complete. If you are using the Hawker app, then please follow the remaining steps.*

7. Select Edit on the Products bar under the desired user

8. Check the box of each product you’d like to sell from the device

9. Once you have selected all products that are for sale, be sure to scroll to the bottom and select Save
