SIM Installation
- Add SIM card – remove battery cover from back of terminal and insert in SIM card slot in the top right corner
- The images below show where to locate the SIM slot and how the SIMs should be inserted. Make sure you know which device you have; the Castles S1F2 is gray and white, the S1F4 is black:
Configuring the APN Settings
- Select SystemPanel from home screen
- The First and Second Password is: 00000000
- (8 Zeros)
- NOTE: The APN settings are different per device (S1F2 vs S1F4). Be sure to follow the set of numbered steps that apply to your device.
CASTLES S1F2:
- Select Settings > (1) Network & Internet > (2) Mobile Network
- (3) Advanced > (4) Access Point Names
- (5) Select ‘+’ (top right)
- Select APN and update: (capitalization is important)
- (6) Name: Webbing
- (7) APN: wbdata
- (8) APN Type: default, ia ** 1 space after comma**
- (9) Select 3 dots (top-right) and Select Save
- (10) Select Webbing radio button > (11) Select Android “O” button (bottom-middle) to return to the home screen
CASTLES S1F4:
- Select Settings > (1) Network & Internet > (2) SIMs
- (3) Scroll down to the next step > (4) Select Access Point Names
- (5) Select Webbing if it already exists OR Select ‘+’ (top right)
- Select APN and update: (capitalization is important)
- (6) Name: Webbing
- (7) APN: wbdata
- (8) APN Type: default, ia ** 1 space after comma**
- (9) Select Save
- (10) Make sure that Webbing is selected before exiting the Settings
- Reboot the device(s) once the above steps are completed
